Oh no
 Seen that look before
You won’t bring me down no Oh no
Good luck comes in four Searching for the score Quietly confident in your way Slowly bake the cake
 Your reflection
You can seem two faced You will be replaced
2.
Won’t you take the midnight train
The sky is dark and i'm feeling the rain You and me we’re searching the truth But when will I see you again? Ill be waiting Ill be waiting for you Ill be waiting for you
3.
Rabbit in the headlights Stop what you are doing Beware of sudden danger All around you You’re black and white polk-a-dot Small waist big heart
You’re trouble on a big scale
And you know it, too Bad boy with a lonely tale
 Shark fin snake Male
He pulls up in his Cadillac
Cause he says he wants you back Driving to the desert with my man The world is so wonderful Rabbit in the headlights Stop what you are doing Beware of all the danger Surrounding you Moment passes then it’s gone You make a new memory Moment passes then it’s gone You make a new memory

I’m waiting
 Can’t breath here
 The clock ticks
 Slower by the hour
 The window is fading
Resolve seems weaker by the mile Why do you make me wait Baby don’t you know
You should love me tonight Its raining
Its pouring
My love grows thinner by the hour You’re breathing so slowly
But my heart is racing to you now How do you know when you’re lonely I think i know
 You should love me tonight

Riders on the storm
 Riders on the storm
Into this house we're born
Into this world we're thrown Like a dog without a bone
 An actor out alone
 Riders on the storm
There's a killer on the road
His brain is squirmin' like a toad Take a long holiday
 Let your children play
If ya give this man a ride
 Sweet memory will die
 Killer on the road, yeah
Girl, ya gotta love your man Girl, ya gotta love your man Take him by the hand
 Make him understand
 The world on you depends
 Our life will never end
 Gotta love your man, yeah...

Rhapsody 05:32
In the soil of our sadness
Hear our hearts bell a serenade A faint choir tenderly shaping
A lament a hollow refuge In the blood of the twinkling sky Breath the air air drunk dry There was once a time of rapture All is lost a pale gleaming Across this crooked land
 Runs a crooked man
Our loved ones die under the hammer Of the Soviet sun Nothing can erase this night
But there's still light with you rhapsody And if we can never see the sun There's still light with you rhapsody And I have seen all I want to
And I have felt all I want to rhapsody Rhapsody
But we can dream all we want to
We can dream all we want to Rhapsody Rhapsody And I have seen all I want to And I have felt all I want to Rhapsody
But we can dream all we want to Yes we can dream all we want to Rhapsody

The wolves of the orangery Are skulking round the gallery Waiting for you The wolves of the orangery Are smelling the white orchids Are they coming for you? Six turtle doves arranged in a cage for crown Its Marie Antoinette
Pink velvet in the rain The wolves of the orangery
 Are getting very hungry
 Cause they know you
They slowly climb one hundred steps
The stone that reaches reaches for the full moon The net is settling on her powered brow The banquet is in place
The crown will be displaced The wolves of the orangery Are feeding in a fury Crash and burn and hang them all Gold flakes will fall
 They’ll love you till you’re..

about

Jorja Chalmers follows up 2019's critically acclaimed release, "Human Again" with her Sophmore release, "Midnight Train". It enters the galaxy on May 28th via Italians Do It Better. The album has been described as an ethereal masterpiece with Jorja's signature at the centre. Fogged out synthesizers chase locomotive rhythms in a duel to the death between her siren wail and her saxophone.
Nocturnes for the 21st century.
